O. B. Levy

O. B. Levy is an author who writes inspirational children’s stories and faith-centered books that build confidence, courage, and purpose. His work helps readers embrace who they are, navigate big feelings, and grow in faith through everyday moments.

Levy’s writing speaks to two audiences in distinct ways. For adult readers wrestling with faith in a complicated world, God, We Gotta Talk and God, Dating Is Hard Out Here create space for honest questions — about anxiety, doubt, heartbreak, healing, and what it means to trust God when life feels unclear. Rather than offering polished answers, they invite readers into reflection, Scripture, and grace.

For younger readers, the You Series meets children at their most formative moments. Sometimes You Feel… helps young readers name and understand their emotions with warmth and encouragement. Black Girl, You… and Black Boy, You… are affirmation books rooted in identity, dignity, and confidence — written to remind Black children that they were created with intention.

O. B. Levy is also the creator of TheSixtySix.org — a Bible reading companion that brings his voice into daily devotionals and pairs them with an AI Bible Coach for thoughtful study, Emergency Faith for moments of urgency, and Guided Journeys for readers seeking direction. The app extends his publishing mission into a daily rhythm of Scripture, reflection, and prayer.

Across his books and the app, O. B. Levy writes with a consistent conviction: that stories can uplift generations, and that every reader — child or adult — deserves to be reminded they are seen, loved, and made on purpose. He continues writing to help readers trust God, walk in purpose, and remember they were created with intention, value, and grace.

God, We Gotta Talk

A faith-based book for readers wrestling with real questions, real faith, and the search for God in a complicated world.

Faith does not fall apart because of hard questions. It often falls apart because we are afraid to ask them.

God, We Gotta Talk is an honest, reflective exploration of the questions many people carry but rarely say out loud — questions about anxiety, exhaustion, injustice, waiting, doubt, and what it means to trust God in a complicated world.

Written for people who are navigating pressure, uncertainty, and the tension between belief and lived experience, this book creates space for conversation rather than offering quick answers or polished clichés. Each chapter centers on a real, lived question and responds with Scripture presented in a way that is thoughtful, accessible, and grounded in grace.

This is not a book for people who have everything figured out. It is for those who are still willing to talk to God honestly, even when the answers feel incomplete or unclear. Through reflection and biblical insight, O. B. Levy invites readers to see faith not as certainty, but as relationship — one that can hold questions without fear.

If you are searching, questioning, or trying to reconnect with God, this conversation is for you.

God, Dating Is Hard Out Here

A practical and faith-centered look at love, dating, and learning how to love without losing yourself.

God, Dating Is Hard Out Here is a raw, compassionate conversation with God about modern relationships, heartbreak, healing, and becoming whole. Through honest reflections, short prayers, hard truths, and guided journaling, this book meets you in the middle of unanswered texts, lonely nights, and starting over.

This isn't a dating manual. It's a space to breathe. A place to tell the truth. A reminder that you don't have to lose yourself to find love.

Inside these pages, you'll explore:

  • Why modern dating feels so disconnected
  • How to recognize emotional unavailability and unhealthy patterns
  • The impact of trauma, loneliness, and delayed adulthood
  • Why standards are protection, not pride
  • How to heal while you wait
  • What it means to prepare for love instead of chasing it

Written in a prayer-forward, emotionally honest voice, this book is for anyone who feels tired of starting over, unsure about love, or ready to grow emotionally and spiritually.

Whether you're single, healing from heartbreak, stuck in situationships, or learning how to set boundaries, this book invites you to slow down, reconnect with God, and become whole before your next relationship.

You're not broken. You're becoming.

All Things Considered: 33 Gems of Resilience

A reflective collection of resilience-centered lessons designed to encourage readers through challenges, growth, and personal transformation.

This book is a collection of thoughts and reflections born from the everyday struggles and triumphs of the human experience. Rather than offering polished solutions, it provides an honest glimpse into the pursuit of resilience.

Life is full of moments when we question ourselves, falter, and feel overwhelmed. But this journey doesn't have to be faced alone. With perseverance, small shifts in perspective, and the simple yet profound wisdom of past philosophers and modern thinkers alike, the path to personal growth becomes clearer.

Endurance isn't achieved through grand gestures but through small, daily decisions that may seem insignificant yet add up to something greater. Consistency is the quiet force that pushes us forward when everything else tells us to stop. Resilience is not about avoiding storms — it's about learning to navigate them with strength and clarity. And even when we stumble, it's the willingness to rise again that defines us.

The wisdom shared in these pages isn't academic — it's earned from life experience. The kind that reminds us that growth often occurs in our hardest moments. These reflections are not about perfection, but about embracing the imperfections that make us human. Every setback, failure, and challenge is part of a larger journey. We can always change direction, find new perspectives, and reach for something greater.

This collection isn't a guide to becoming flawless or "better" than others — it's a reminder that our trials and triumphs cultivate the inner strength required to become our best selves. If even one quote or thought resonates with you, sparks a moment of clarity, or gives you the courage to push on, then it has done its job.

Here's to resilience, perseverance, growth, and the endless pursuit of living to our full potential.
